Accessibility Statement

Read PEOPLE.you accessibility practices for navigation, forms and content, and learn how to report a barrier for investigation.

Our approach

We use semantic headings, labelled controls, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus states, sufficient colour contrast and responsive layouts. Core guidance remains available without JavaScript. Related action: Report a barrier with reproduction details.

Report a barrier

Email accessibility@people.you with the page URL, the task you were attempting, browser or assistive technology and a description of the barrier. Please do not include sensitive financial information. Related action: Browse the server-rendered guide library.

Include useful reproduction details

Name the exact control, expected result, actual result and steps that produced the barrier. A screenshot can help with a visual problem, but never send identity records, account documents or payment information.

Interaction patterns covered by the build

Keyboard navigation

What it means: The skip link, menu, forms, buttons and content links are designed to work without a pointing device and show a visible focus indicator.

Readable structure

What it means: Pages use one H1, descriptive H2 and H3 sections, labelled fields and text alternatives for informative images. Decorative logo marks have empty alternative text.

Reduced motion and responsive text

What it means: Motion is disabled when the operating system requests reduced motion, and layouts reflow for narrow screens without hiding the core guidance.
